TARNEIT PARK HUB

Large Format Retail Precinct

Tarneit, VIC

Completed 2024

Tarneit Park Hub is a 16,000m2 (GLA) large format precinct which is anchored by an existing Bunnings (also designed by MCA).

The precinct comprises a large format retail block including Fernwood Fitness, MyCar, Autobarn, Petstock, Salvo’s and Repco; stand along drive thru outlets including Hungry Jacks, Starbucks and 7-Eleven; and Woodlands childcare and Jump swim school.

We were engaged by HTroon as the head contractor to complete a planning secondary consent application and provide fully coordinated construction documentation and construction support to them during the build.

The childcare had only been outlined at tender stage. We visited their nearby centre in Trugagina to develop the project requirements and with our knowledge of childcare design; finalised and delivered the completed documentation of this centre. The Jump swim facility was completed by another architect with MCA completing the cold shell only.
