The 66,000sqm distribution centre for the department store Target was built to service Victoria and South Australia. It includes arrival and departure areas, as well as automated sorting, racking and storage facilities, staff office and amenities. Areas of the building that handled food products were designed to be temperature controlled with specific loading bays.
