Town Planning Approved

Development Application for 77 apartments on a major street in Newcastle. The building incorporates residential and ground floor retail and restaurants on a constricted and complex site. The façade functions in providing optimum views and sunlight while providing acoustic insulation from the adjacent rail line. Elevated landscape was a key integration by way of communal gardens at podium levels and for each private balcony.
