Shopping plaza in Moorabbin with large format retail stores, food retailers, outdoor eating areas and outdoor car park.

We were also engaged to design the Guzman Y Gomez Drive-Thru as part of the pad site. The tenancy included a drive thru requiring specific access, clearance and loading, as well as front of house outdoor dining areas.

The design includes a unique lighting design back lighting the translucent cladding facing the main road.
