MCA completed a concept design for a 4-level serviced apartment building, with a ground level hospitality tenancy, function room and outdoor courtyard terrace. The material palette comprises a mix of off form concrete, bronze perforated screening and metal cladding in a soft eucalypt green. Level one planting softens the entry canopy.
