This project comprises an extensive renovation and extension to an existing heritage red brick cottage. Our clients came to us with a concept design and we have worked with them to refine it and carry it through planning to construction.

 

The red brick cottage at the front of the block is being retained and comprises two bedrooms and a family bathroom. A new extension is connected to the existing via a glazed corridor which guides you into a large open plan living and dining area. A stair leading to a master bedroom and guest room divides the dining space from a living space. The spaces in the new extension open to the north via large, glazed sliding doors.
