Rozelle Bunnings is located in a heritage area in inner Sydney. The challenge for us was to prepare DA and planning drawings for a bespoke design that is in line with the Bunnings Brief and met councils heritage, materials and street interaction requirements. The outcome is a very unique Bunnings design. We completed all stages, documenting the project for construction by Quasar.
