AMS WERRIBEE

Office and Retail Space

Werribee, VIC

Completed 2020

The Multi-Use project in Werribee was developed by the Chemist Warehouse Group with the intention of having a retail shop at ground floor and providing office space for lease on the upper level. The project also includes a basement car park, rain garden and allowance for solar panels on the roof.

Attention was given to the building’s orientation and design for comfort in the office spaces on the upper level through shading devises and appropriate glazing.

It’s location between a main road and a wetland meant that the stormwater design was critical to the project as well as the buildings interface with the wetlands as a public space that was used as a walking track.
