ACCOLADE

Wine Production and Distribution Facility

Berri, SA

Completed 2019

This project was an expansion from two adjacent sites for Accolade, a wine production and distribution facility in Berri, South Australia. The facility included a bottling process line which was acoustically separated from the adjacent administration zone, which included tasting rooms, offices, storage and distribution.

Within these spaces, hygiene and food safety was of utmost importance, with material selection ensuring regulations could be met in processing and tasting areas. Externally, wash down area, loading zones and parking for staff were also provided.
