About Us

Michael Carr Architect Pty. Ltd. employs about 8 architects and draftsman. We have a wide range of clients and enjoy a wide variety of projects, generally in the commercial, industrial, retail and multi-unit residential sectors, and selected residential and educational projects.

We also enjoy the challenge of unique projects, and we would approach this project as we have done with previous projects successfully delivered.

We offer our clients a generally full range architectural services ranging from the preliminary design and town planning applications, construction documentation and services coordination and contract administration and project completion.

We are registered to practice in most Australian states.

This practice has a flat management structure, with staff generally working directly with the sole director. The architects are generally hands-on and this provides our clients with accurate documentation, timely responses to issues during design and construction and direct contact with the responsible architect.

As the director of the practice Michael Carr is responsible for the work in the office, and has been a registered architect for over 25 years.
